Future Solutions offer support and services that are unique and characteristic. Saturday through Wednesday from 09.00hrs till 18.00hrs and on Thursdays, 09.00 to 14.00 hrs all support calls will be entertained in the order of receipt at the Helpdesk. Similarly, all onsite support will be performed on prime time, Sat through Wed. except on national holidays. This is standard support and maintenance service.

But we entertain ‘Extended support and maintenance calls as well. It is accessible round the clock, 365 days a year via pager/mobile. Onsite support requests on emergency shall be entertained even on national holidays. In either case, the contact will be: (965) 938 5169. Extended support will carry a minimal service charge based on the extent of the service required.
